 Clay County Animal Control  (904) 269-6342
  One form  of  Identification  is  required  to  Adopt.. Must  be  18  years  of  Age  or  older.
 

 Free of Charge Cats are Given:


 FVRCP
 Intestinally De-worm  with  Strongid  or  Panacure.  Flea  Tx.
 

Transported Free of charge to Veterinary Clinic on call, for the following 2 Procedures:
 Both Mandatory!
 Rabies Vaccination,  cost =  $ 8  -  $ 14   dependent  on  1  or 3 

 Year vaccination given.
 Sterilization (Spay or Neuter) cost =  $20  -  $ 39  specific Fee 

 Dependent on Gender & Vet.


 Adoption Fee  $ 50  for each Pet,  Fee paid to Clay County Animal Control  at  time  of  check  out
